TERMS OF SERVICE - BOSS BROWS ONLINE TRAINING

The Brow Supplies Company Pty Ltd trading as Boss Brows (ABN 81 647 220 979) ("we", "us", "our")

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, enrolling in or accessing any Boss Brows online training course, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Returns & Refunds Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not enrol.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to enrol in our courses. By enrolling, you confirm the information you provide is true, accurate and complete.

3. Course Access & Licence

Upon payment (or commencement of an approved payment plan), you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access your enrolled course for the access period stated at the time of purchase. Access is for the enrolled student only. Sharing login credentials, downloading for distribution, or providing course materials to any third party is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, manuals, workbooks, templates, assessments and branding, remains the exclusive property of The Brow Supplies Company Pty Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, teach from, or create derivative training materials from our content. Breach of this clause may result in legal action.

5. Payments & Payment Plans

All prices are in Australian dollars. Full payment, or the first instalment of a payment plan, is required before course access is granted. Where you purchase via a payment plan, all instalments remain payable in accordance with your selected plan schedule, regardless of course completion or access. Dishonoured or missed payments may result in course access being paused until payments are brought up to date. Third-party payment providers (such as Zip) are subject to their own terms.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. In summary, we do not offer refunds for change of mind on digital course purchases. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Certification & Assessment

Certification is issued upon successful completion of all required modules and assessments to the standard set by Boss Brows. We reserve the right to request resubmission of assessments that do not meet the required standard. Certification is not guaranteed by enrolment or payment alone.

8. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Our training provides education and skills development. We make no guarantee of income, client numbers, business success or employment outcomes. Any examples of student results are illustrative only and individual results vary.

9. Licensing & Regulatory Compliance

It is your responsibility to ensure you meet the licensing, registration, insurance, and health regulation requirements applicable in your state, territory or country before performing services on clients, including any local government requirements for skin penetration procedures such as cosmetic tattooing. Completion of a Boss Brows course does not exempt you from these obligations.

10. Student Conduct

You agree to engage respectfully with trainers, staff and other students. We reserve the right to remove any student from a course, community or support channel for abusive, harassing or inappropriate conduct, without refund.

11. Support

Post-training support is provided as described in your course inclusions. Support is provided during reasonable business hours and does not include services outside the scope of your enrolled course.

12. Changes to Courses & Terms

We may update, improve or restructure course content at any time. We may amend these terms from time to time, with the current version published on our website. Continued access after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your enrolment is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant course. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
